You choose a time in my calendar, within the next two weeks, and pay for the session at the same moment. I prepare it from your answers to the preparation questionnaire. During the hour, we lay out where you stand, pick the priority area and decide on the first actions. The last fifteen minutes are for what could come next.

Your business through an acquirer’s eyes
In Greek, kairos means the opportune moment: the time when a decision has to be made.
Your business is profitable and you have questions. What should you do with the idle cash? Reinvest in your business, or buy another one? How can it run without you? With Kairos, I review your business the way an acquirer reviews a target, then help you decide.
What you get
The scorecard I use to screen businesses before making an offer. You fill it in for your own business.
A two-hour session to analyse it the way a buyer would: what makes it depend on you, what weakens it, what it is really worth.
A written summary: your business’s strengths and weaknesses, its real value, the idle cash and your three priority decisions.
A 30-minute debrief one week later, once you have had time to step back.

Once the decision is made, it has to be carried out. Chronos supports you step by step, month after month.
We move forward together across the four areas. Each month, we measure what has moved and adjust. Each area gets stronger: your business, its capital, your personal wealth, your life direction.

A launch, on top of the monthly sessions: the discovery session if you have done it, otherwise a 90-minute session to map your next 90 days and choose one priority decision.

You come to each session with a decision to make, summed up on one page. That is what makes every session useful.

You pay for your session at the same moment. €500 excl. VAT, by card, online. The confirmation and the video call link arrive by email.

What is written down before we start.
I play as your partner.
I look at your business as if my own money were in it. I ask the uncomfortable questions, I challenge your choices and I tell you what I would do in your place. The decision stays yours.
What you share stays between us.
Your figures, your doubts, your plans: nothing leaves our sessions. I never talk about your case in public without your written consent.
Transparency.
I buy businesses, and I say so from the start. If you want to sell yours and it fits my investment thesis, I tell you so straight away, in writing. The engagement stops, Kairos is refunded, and we continue as buyer and seller.
For Kairos and Chronos, a non-disclosure agreement is signed before you send me anything.

Do my figures stay confidential?
Yes. For Kairos and Chronos, a non-disclosure agreement is signed before you share your figures. For the discovery session, you share what you choose. The cases I talk about in public are anonymised.
Why not my accountant?
Your accountant keeps your books and looks after the past. I assess the value of what you have built, and what you do with it next. We complement each other.
Do you want to buy my business?
I buy businesses, and I say so from the start. If you want to sell yours and it fits my investment thesis, I tell you so straight away, in writing: the engagement stops, Kairos is refunded, and we continue as buyer and seller.
If it does not fit, structuring your business and building its value before a sale is a perfectly good reason to use Kairos or Chronos.
How does payment work?
All prices exclude VAT. The discovery session is paid online, by card, when you book it. Kairos is paid on signing, Chronos quarterly, by payment link or invoice. The €500 for the session is credited if you continue within 30 days.
None of the times suit me.
